Items of Information
	RESERVATIONS      Reservations are requested.  To make a reservation, please telephone or e-mail a request.  **Please note:  We accept Cash, Personal Check (backed by a credit card), MasterCard and Visa only.  The reservation with deposit can be completed easily by telephone.                      DEPOSITS    A $50 deposit per day per room is taken upon reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by mailing you a confirmation letter and bill for the remaining balance which is due upon arrival.             CANCELLATIONS     Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.  A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling a space, and we will have already turned away many friends.  For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy and will charge the full room rental rate in the case of a late cancellation. However, 'Your funds will be happily returned if cancellation is made NOT LESS THAN 14 DAYS prior to arrival.  After that no refund is possible regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to book the space.  You are welcome to send someone else in your place.'  A cancellation processing fee of $20 applies to all cancellations.
