Seasonal Pricing:
We are open all year long, 7 days a week, please call for off-season and long-term rates. We are closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Our season is from May 1 to November 30.
During the season, rates are as shown on the individual room pages.
From December 1 to April 30 our rate is $125.00 a night, any room.
There is no discount for two or more nights. We accept New York State government per diems mid-week.
